Lead Developer (Python/Django/PHP)

KRAZYBOYZ digital is looking for a senior in-house lead developer to join the team. You will be working on web-based applications and websites. You will work on a wide range of projects and be involved in exciting, cutting edge products that we are developing. The ideal candidate will have initiative, be detail-oriented, and should also see themselves as a bit of a perfectionist.

Technical Requirements:

Must have experience (3+ years) in one or more of Python, PHP, Java; If you develop for the web in some other language/framework (Rails? CGI? Perl?) that will certainly count.
Must have strong Object-Oriented programming experience.
Must understand the Model-View-Controller (MVC) concept.
Experience with Python web frameworks an advantage (Django, Turbogears, Pylons, etc.).
Good understanding of HTML and CSS.
Relational Database Design. Seriously.

General Requirements:

Must be based in Cape Town.
Experience working in a team.
A knowledge of security implications in web development.
Deadline driven.
A passion for the web.
Must have your own ideas and opinions.
